Tuesday evening, I decided to take a break from the long 30-obstacle courses and set up the letter "d" from Nancy Gyes Alphabet Drills, Clean Run, June, 2005. Here's a narrated video of three of the exercises we worked today.
I don't know how many regular subscribers you have, but I've recently found your blog thanks to the Volunteerism chain (I think?) and love these types of videos! The narration is so great to let me see what you're thinking while you're handling! The only thing that would make it better would be a diagram from above (CRCD, etc) since the depth perception on video is a little skewed. Still, amazing stuff. Thanks!
Normally, I do post course maps. However, when I think there might be a copyright issue, I number the course in a photo. I should have taken a photo from a better angle and used it for the course map.
The farthest three jumps in the serpentine are equally spaced. There is more space between the third and fourth serpentine jumps to allow for the placement of the fifth jump in creating a pinwheel. The placement of the tunnel is variable.
